The survey conducted a month-long survey of users of toothbrush category, and chose Beijing, Shanghai, shenzhen and chengdu to conduct one-to-one dialogues among consumers.
This research has played a key role in the positioning of subsequent brands.
It also established the image design, product research and development, pricing and consumer pain points of the OCLEAN electric toothbrush, and also found the opportunity point of the brand.
